Mechanical Specifications

Digital Files are preferred. Zip or CD (PC formatted). 300 DPI photo scans. Formatted ad can be e-mailed. 300 dpi ad resolution, JPEG, Adobe Acrobat preferred (fonts converted to outline). PageMaker 6.5 (PC), EPS’s, all EPS fonts need to be converted to outline or include the IBM fonts with the file. No Film is accepted. Please supply printed proof of ad to match ad on disk.

Bleed Ad Dimensions: Bleed are allowed on full-page or two-page spreads: Full-Page Bleed: 8.5 wide x 11 high. Spread Bleed: 17 wide x 11 high. Provide at least .125 bleed beyond the trim size to ensure a full bleed. Live matter should be no closer than .3125 to trim size.

Deadlines: Snow Market and Snow Market is on the 15th of the month.
